摘要
目的:探讨卵母细胞胞质中央颗粒化在辅助生殖技术中对受精、早期胚胎发育、囊胚形成及临床妊娠结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院生殖中心2010年4月~2011年3月常规体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)或卵细胞胞质内单精子注射术(ICSI)治疗的患者,选取全部卵母细胞胞质中央颗粒化的89例患者作为胞质中央颗粒化组,随机选择同期卵母细胞形态无异常的335例患者作为胞质形态正常组,比较两组间受精、早期胚胎发育、囊胚形成及妊娠结局的差异。结果:胞质形态正常组与胞质中央颗粒化组之间的受精率、优质胚胎率、可利用胚胎率及囊胚形成率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间的新鲜周期胚胎着床率、临床妊娠率和流产率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:卵母细胞胞质中央颗粒化可能影响其受精、胚胎发育及囊胚的形成。
Objective: To explore the effect of granulation of central cytoplasm in oocytes on fertilization, early embryo develop- ment, blastulation and clinical pregnancy outcome during assisted reproduction. Methods: The patients receiving conventional in vitro fertili- zation and embryo transfer (IVF -ET) or intraeytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) in the hospital from April 2010 to March 2011 were ana- lyzed retrospectively, 89 patients with all oocytes containing granulation of central cytoplasm were selected as central cytoplasm granulation group, at the same time, 335 patients with normal morphology of oocytes were selected randomly as normal cytoplasm morphology group, the differences of fertilization, early embryo development, blastulation and clinical pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups. Results : There was significant difference in fertilization rate, the rate of good quality embryos, the rate of embryos suitable for em- bryo transfer and the rate of blastulation between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; there was no significant difference in implantation rate of fresh cycle, clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate between the two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : Granulation of central cytoplasm in oo- cytes can affect fertilization, embryo development and blastulation.
