摘要
通过对自移式掘进机辅助支护设备底座的概念设计,利用ANSYS软件结合Pro/E软件对设备的底座进行三维建模和有限元分析。通过分析结果对底座进行了强度和刚度校核,验证零部件设计的合理性,为设计的可行性提供了理论依据。
Through the Concept Design of the base of self-motion assistanced powered support equipment for tunneling machine,three-dimensional model of the base of the equipment is given with Pro/E, then analyzing with ANSYS. Intensity and stiffness of the base are checked, which verify the result of the design of the upper beam in loading conditions according to the stress and offer theoretical foundation for the fea- sibility of design.
