摘要
通过种子萌发试验,研究了温度、光照、赤霉素以及储藏对灰岩皱叶报春种子萌发的影响。结果表明,灰岩皱叶报春种子为光敏种子;最适萌发温度为20℃,变温(15℃12 h,25℃12 h)可提高种子对高温的耐受能力,加快了种子的萌发速度;赤霉素处理提高了种子萌发速率和萌发势,缩短种子的萌发持续时间,能打破黑暗对种子萌发的抑制;4℃储藏有利于保持种子的品质。
The effects of temperature , light, GA3 , and storage methods on the seed germination of Primula forrestii were studied through seeds germination experiment. P. forrestii seeds were sensitve to light, the optimal temperature for germination was 20 ℃, the treatment of changing temperature ( 15 12 h, 25 ℃12 h ) increased seeds' resistance to heat stress, enhanced germination speed. GA3 treatment could improve germination rate and germination vigor, and shorten the germination process, to some extent, it also was able to elimi- nate the effects of light during the germination, storing at 4 ℃ was benefit to maintain seed quality.
