摘要
介绍了聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)树状大分子的合成方法,如发散合成法、收敛合成法、发散收敛合成法等,并对各种合成方法的优劣进行了分析。综述了PAMAM树状大分子在药物载体、表面活性剂、催化剂、生物传感器和光化学器件等方面的应用。
This paper briefly introduced the synthesis methods of polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimer, including divergent, convergent, and divergent-convergent methods. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were discussed. The application of PAMAM in drug carrier, surfactant, catalyst, biosensor, and photochemical devices was reviewed.
