摘要
本文利用"中国博士发展质量调查"数据库,探索了劳动力市场转型期体制内就业博士职业发展质量的性别差异水平。数据分析结果表明:在全体受访的体制内就业博士中,31-40岁博士职业发展质量的性别差异最明显。我们认为导致这种现象出现的原因在于:31-40岁女博士工作关联度相对较低,以及这一年龄段女博士的"理性选择"和体制内组织的"统计歧视"。我们还发现,由于计划生育政策效应,以及现代化、全球化所导致的文化变迁的影响,30岁以下博士职业发展质量的性别差异较31-40岁博士有所降低。
According to "China Doctor Development Quality Survey in 2007" database,this paper explored the gender differences in career development quality of graduated doctors employed by organizations inside system based on labor market transition.One conclusion is that there is the largest gender difference of career development quality among 31-40 years old male and female doctors after relative data analysis due to the low correlation between work and profession of 31-40 years old female doctors,their rational choice,and statistical discrimination of organizations inside system.Another one is that the degree of gender difference in career development quality among less than 30 years old male and female doctors is lower than that of 31-40 years old doctors owing to the effects of family planning policy and cultural changes caused by modernization and globalization.
