白纹伊蚊溴氰菊酯抗性品系生物学特性及可溶性蛋白的研究

摘要 在实验室条件下观察白纹伊蚊溴氰菊酯敏感品系与抗性品系的生物学特性,并对两品系的Ⅳ龄幼虫和成蚊的可溶性蛋白提取物进行SDS-PAGE分析。结果表明:与敏感品系比较,抗性品系的幼虫化蛹率明显提高,但羽化率无显著性差异。SDS.PAGE分析表明两品系的Ⅳ龄幼虫与成蚊蛋白条带均有明显区别:成蚊有分子量约为200kDa的特异性条带,而幼虫则无;但两品系的幼虫、成蚊间的蛋白条带均无明显差异。 The biological characteristics of deltamethrin-resistant and susceptible strains of Aedes albopictus were studied, and SDS-PAGE electrophoresis was employed to investigate the difference of expressed proteins from 1V-instar larvae and adults of the two strains of mosquitoes. The results showed that the pupation rate of resistant strain was higher than that of susceptible strain ( P 〈 0. 05 ), but the emergence rate of two strains was not significantly different ( P 〉 0. 05 ). It was revealed by SDS-PAGE that the protein bands of adult were significantly different from that of IV-instar larvae with a specific band with about 200 kDa detected in adult individuals. However, no significant difference was found in the soluble protein pattern of both larvae and adults between the two strains.
