摘要
利用直接两相滴定方法对洗衣剂洗涤衣物各个过程的溶液进行阴离子表面活性剂含量的测定,确定了漂洗终点时,溶液中阴离子表面活性剂含量的范围在2 mg/kg以下。同时,考察了直接两相滴定方法测定相当于实际洗涤、漂洗各溶液阴离子表面活性剂含量的十二烷基苯磺酸(LAS)溶液的重复性和精密度,得出它们相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为:0.62%(500 mg/kg),4.10%(15 mg/kg),4.88%(5 mg/kg)和11.28%(2 mg/kg)。
This paper tested the anionic surfactant contents in laundry solution during entire washing process by direct two phase titration method,thus confirmed the rinsing end of washing process at which the anionic surfactant content is lower than 2 mg / kg.At the same time,it investigated the repeatability and precision of this method through several linear alkyl benzene sulfonate(LAS) solutions of which LAS was employed to simulate the actual anionic surfactant used in detergent,and the LAS concentrations of these simulative solutions were the same as that of the total anionic surfactant in actual washing water at different stages of washing process(washing stage and rinsing stage).The results showed that the relative standard deviations(RSD) are 0.62% at 500 mg / kg of LAS content,4.10% at 15 mg / kg of LAS content,4.88% at 5 mg/kg of LAS content and 11.28% at 2 mg / kg of LAS content,respectively.
