摘要
目的提高化妆品的卫生质量与使用的安全性,为加强对化妆品生产企业和销售商的卫生监督提供依据。方法按《化妆品卫生规范》卫法监发(2002)229号对市场中化妆品进行机抽检并进行检验。结果共检测41份化妆品,其中检出菌落总数、霉菌和酵母菌合格份数均为40份,合格率为97.6%,在检测的样品中未检出粪大肠菌群、铜绿假单胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌。结论该市化妆品的卫生质量较好,但仍有部分化妆品存在不同程度的微生物污染,建议加强对化妆品原材料和化妆品生产过程关键岗位的卫生监督。
Objective To improve the hygienic quality and safety of cosmetics,and provide basis for cosmetics manufacturers and vendors enhancing sanitary control.Method Accoding to Hygienic standard for Cosmetics,we randomly selected and tested the cosmetics in markets.Results We total detected 41 samples,and the qualified rate of total plate count,mould and yeast fungus was all 97.6%（40/41）,we had not detected out coliform bacteria,pseudomonas aeruginosa,staphylococcus aureus in the samples.Conclusions The hygienic quality of cosmetics in our city was better,but some of the samples had different levels microbial contamination,so we suggested to enhance the sanitary control of cosmetics raw material and the process of production.
