剖宫产手术蛛网膜下腔阻滞布比卡因剂量的探讨
摘要
腰硬联合麻醉已常规用于剖宫产手术,布比卡因是目前常用的局麻药,但布比卡因用于蛛网膜下腔的用量尚无共识,我科将3种剂量进行了对比,以期找到较为合适的药量。
