摘要
采用有限体积法,求解三维N-S方程,对轴对称矢量喷管内外湍流流场进行了数值模拟。分析了不同外流速度及不同压比下轴对称矢量喷管的内外流场及矢量特性。结果表明:不同压比下,外流对轴对称喷管矢量特性的影响随压比而变化:小压比下,随着外流马赫数的增大,喷管矢量角呈先减小后增大再减小的趋势;而大压比下,矢量角则先增大再减小,并且小压比工况下外流对喷管性能参数的影响大于大压比工况。
The numerical simulation has been conducted with finite volume scheme to study the internal and external flow fields of 3D axisymmetric vectoring nozzle,the effect of different outer flow and nozzle pressure ratio on vectoring performance of axisymmetric nozzle with deflective angle of 15° has been analyzed.The result indicates that,at different nozzle pressure ratio,the variation of effect of outer flow on the vectoring performance is different: on small nozzle pressure ratio,with the pressure ratio increase,the performance parameters are reduced at first,then increased,and reduced lastly,otherwise,on large nozzle pressure ratio,they are increased at first,then reduced.And the effect of outer flow on small nozzle pressure ratio is strong than it on large nozzle pressure ratio.
