摘要
对羟亚胺苯丙酸乙酯换还原制备苯丙氨酸进行了研究,考察了催化剂、温度、溶剂、还原剂用量对该反应性能的影响,研究结果为:向体系中加入少量的纳非晶态镍,可以高效率地完成还原,收率〉85%,以甲醇-水为溶剂时收率较优。
The reaction of benzene pyruvic acid oximide ethyl reduce to phentermine was studied.The effects of reaction temperature,catalyst,solvent,reductant on the yield were investigated.The optimum conditions were obtained as followed: when adding some amorphous into reaction system,and solvent was methanol-water,the yield of catalytic reduction reaction was higher than 85%.
