摘要
目的对比维拉帕米和心律平对阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)的治疗效果及各自的不良反应。方法对我院急诊的68例阵发性室上性心动过速病例随机分成维拉帕米和心律平治疗组,心律平组给予心律平35mg～140mg静注,维拉帕米组给予异搏定5mg～10mg静注。结果心律平和维拉帕米对阵发性室上性的治疗效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不良作用维拉帕米较心律平高。结论 PSVT应首选心律平,维拉帕米可作为一线药物,须注意其副作用。
【Objective】 To compare the effect and side effect of propafenone and verapamil on paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia（PSVT）.【Methods】 68 cases with PSVT in emergency department were divided into propafenone and verapamil goup randomLy.In propafenone group took 35mg～140mg propafenone intravenous injection.In verapamil group were given 5mg～10mg verapamil.【Results】 There＇s no stastically significance（P0.05） on PSVT by propafenone and verapamil.The side effect is superior to propafenone.【Conclusion】 Propafenone is the first choice for the therapy of PSVT.when we select verapamol,we should pay attention to the side effect.
