摘要
目的:为了解暗娼人群中艾滋病(acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)病毒的感染状况、行为特征及相关信息,分析本县艾滋病流行趋势,为艾滋病疫情估计及预测提供信息;为评价艾滋病预防与控制效果提供依据。方法:调查暗娼人群354名,主要来源于桑拿洗浴中心和美容洗脚屋。按年龄统计,最小的为17岁,最大的为55岁,平均年龄为29.8岁,主要年龄分布为21～40岁;按婚姻状况统计,以再婚和未婚的为主;按文化程度统计,以初中为主;按户籍所在地统计,本省和外省人数各占55.4%和44.6%,分布于17个省市自治区;按民族统计,共有9个民族,其中以汉族为主,占92.1%。结果:曾做过艾滋病检测的有125名,知道检测结果的有107名。本次调查共抽血354份,HIV抗体筛查采用ELISA法,检测结果均为阴性;梅毒采用RPR法筛查,筛查阳性4例,阳性率为1.1%;丙肝抗体筛查采用ELISA法,筛查阳性4例,阳性率为1.1%。结论:要全面落实各项艾滋病预防控制措施,进一步扩大监测检测覆盖面,最大限度发现艾滋病病毒感染者。
Objective：In order to understand the population status of commercial sex worker of HIV infection,behavior and related information,analysis,county epidemic,estimates and projections for the epidemic to provide information;to valuate the effects of acquired immune deficiency syndrome（AIDS） prevention and control provide the basis.Methods：Survey among 354 commercial sex workers,mainly from the sauna bath and beauty feet house.Statistics by age,the youngest was 17 years old,the oldest was 55 years old,the average age was 29.8 years,mainly in the 21-40 years old age group;by marital status,with married and unmarried-based;by level of education statistics,the junior high school based;by domicile statistics,the number of each province and other provinces 55.4% and 44.6%,distributed in 17 provinces and autonomous regions;according to national statistics,a total of nine people,including the Han nationality,accounting for 92.1%.Results：HIV testing was done with 125 patients,known the test results of 107 people.The survey total of 354 blood,HIV antibody screening by ELISA,test results were negative;syphilis screening using RPR method,screening positive in 4 cases,the positive rate was 1.1%;hepatitis C antibody screening by ELISA method,screening positive in 4 cases,the positive rate was 1.1%.Conclusion：To fully implement AIDS prevention and control measures to expand surveillance and testing coverage,the maximum found in HIV-infected persons.
