摘要
目的:对采用股骨远端锁定钛板固定加人工骨植入的方法对患有股骨远端粉碎性骨折的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行分析。方法:随机抽取2006年8月~2010年8月本院就诊的患有股骨远端粉碎骨折的临床确诊患者病例72例,根据患者的病情程度将其分为A、B两组,平均每组36例。A组患者采用非手术保守治疗方法进行治疗;B组患者采用股骨远端锁定钛板固定加人工骨植入的方法进行治疗。对两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗过程中的并发症和不良反应现象进行比较分析。结果:分析结果显示,B组患者的近期和远期的治疗效果与A组比较,其有效率均高出很多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗的过程中均没有出现比较严重的并发症和不良反应现象,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用股骨远端锁定钛板固定加人工骨植入的方法对患有股骨远端粉碎性骨折的患者进行治疗的临床效果十分明显,具有安全可靠、有效率高、并发症少等特点,是临床对该病患者进行治疗的首选方法。
Objective:To study the curative effect on treatment of fixture by locking titanium plate and artificial bone implantation at distal femur in patients with comminuted fracture of distal femur.Methods:Randomly chose 72 cases who were clinically diagnosed as the comminuted fracture of distal femur in our hospital from August 2006 to August 2010.They were divided into two groups according to the disease degree,with 36 cases respectively.Patients in group A received the non-operative conservative treatment;While patients in group B received the treatment of fixture by locking titanium plate and artificial bone implantation at distal femur.We compared and analyzed the clinical curative effect,complications and adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups.Results:Results indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the efficiency rate of near and forward future curative effect between two groups(P〈0.05);there were no severe complications or adverse reactions during the treatment for both two groups,with no statistically significant difference(P〉0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect on treatment of fixture by locking titanium plate and bone implantation at distal femur in patients with comminuted fracture of distal femur is obvious,with features of safety,reliability,high efficiency rate and little complications.It is the preferred method to treat such patients clinically.
