摘要
目的:探讨两种药物联合治疗缺血性心肌病患者心力衰竭的疗效。方法:40例缺血性心肌病合并心力衰竭患者平分为两组:治疗组与对照组各20例。对照组采用常规治疗措施,治疗组在此基础上加用胺碘酮结合曲美他嗪治疗。采用超声心动图参数对治疗效果进行评价。结果:治疗前,两组患者的心率、室性早博和心动过速情况相比无明显差异。治疗后,都有显著改善,但是治疗组的改善程度明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应情况对比差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:胺碘酮联合对曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心肌病合并心力衰竭是安全有效的,适合基层医院广泛使用。
Objective：To explore curative effect of tre.ating patients with ischcmie cardiomyopathy and cardiac fifilure by combined therapy of amiodarone and trimetazidine.Methods：Forty cases of ischemie eardiomyopathy and cardiac failure were equally divided into Treatment Group and Control Group （each 20）.Control Group was treated with the conventional therapy;on the other hand,Treatment Group was treated with amiodarone and trimetazidine accordingly.Both treatment effects were evaluated via ultrasonic cardiographic parameters. Results：Both groups showed nosignificant difference in cardiac rare, ventricular extrasystole and taehycardia.After treatment,both groups indicated a significant improvement,with the former significantly superior to the latter （P〈O,OS）,Besides,the groups bad no significance by comparing their adverse rcaetions （P〉0.05）,Conclusioon：lt is quite safe and effective to treat patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and cardiac failure by combined therapy of the two drugs,For this reason,it is applicable to extensive use in primary hospitals.
