Semiconductor Laser Combined with Medication in Treatment of Legs Erysipelas:a Clinical Observation

摘要 目的观察半导体激光照射联合药物治疗下肢丹毒的临床疗效。方法下肢丹毒患者83例,随机分成2组。对照组32例静脉滴注0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml加入青霉素800万单位,每日1次;中药(本院自制)冷湿敷患处,每次15 min,每日2次。治疗组51例在上述药物治疗基础以半导体激光垂直照射病灶,激光波长810 nm,功率350~400 mW,光斑直径10 cm,照射距离2~3 cm,每个光斑照射时间10 min,每日1次。治疗7 d后进行疗效评价。结果治疗组与对照组有效率分别为88.2%和62.5%,差异有非常显著性意义(P﹤0.01)。两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论半导体激光联合药物治疗下肢丹毒疗效较单纯药物治疗疗效好,无不良反应。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of semiconductor laser in the treatment of patients with legs erysipelas. Methods Eighty-three patients with legs erysipelas were divided into control group and treatment group randomly.The former were treated with penicillin and herbs compression,and the latter were treated with semiconductor laser combined with penicillin and herbs compression.These two groups had been treated for seven days continuously.Therapeutic effect was assessed after treatimg for seven days. ResultsThe efficacy rate was 88.24 % for treatment group,and 62.50% for control.There was significant difference between the groups(P0.01). ConclusionsThe combination of semiconductor laser and medicine is more effective than medicine therapy for the treatment of legs erysipelas.It can relieve pain significantly and increase efficacy rate.
