摘要 针对汽车汽车前纵梁延伸件,以板料成形非线性有限元分析软件eta/DYNAFORM为平台,对其冲压成形过程进行数值模拟,得到了成形工艺未优化前的成形极限图。根据模拟结果对拉延型面以及拉延筋进行改进、优化,最终消除成形过程中的缺陷。将优化结果用于指导实际生产,得到了符合质量要求的拉延零件。 The stamping forming process of an automobile front rails extension part was numerically simulated based on blank stamping non-linear finite element software eta/Dynaform.Before the forming process optimization,the forming limit diagram was obtained.According to the simulation results,the drawing surface and the drawing bead were modified and optimized.Ultimately,the defect in the forming process was b eliminated.Supplying the optimized results to practical production,the eligible drawing parts were gained.
