口服熊去氧胆酸治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化28例临床分析

摘要
原发性胆汁性肝硬化（Primary biliary cirrhosis，PBC）是一种病因未明的慢性进行性胆汁淤积性肝病，发病机制可能与自身免疫有关。熊去氧胆酸（UDCA）在PBC的治疗中扮演越来越重要的角色，笔者用UDCA治疗PBC28例，取得了满意的临床效果，现报告如下：
