摘要
基于双层设计理念,分析了影响透视双层花呢透视效果的诸多因素,主要包括:织物结构、纱线结构、色彩配置,表里层紧度比、接结纱的接结方式和纱线排列比等,同时指出了生产该类产品应采取的质量控制措施,并用实例映证了诸因素对该类产品透视效果的影响。
Based on double-layer design concept,this paper analyzed and tested the factors affecting the perspective effect of double-layer worsted tweed,which mainly includes the structure of yarn and fabric,color configuration,tightness ratio of surface layer to inner layer,tying method of knot yarn,and so on.Furthermore,the authors also presented the QC measures in the production of this kind of fabric.
