摘要
为满足轨道车辆大惯量部件的高效精密装配要求,设计一种同时具有横向移动、纵向移动及旋转功能的多自由度移动式液压升降平台。该平台利用液压油缸和推力轴承实现多层工作台面的纵横向移动、旋转运动、升降运动,并能自行移动,具有多自由度运动特性,从而可以实现大惯量部件装配时的高效精密定位。
To meet the demand of high precision assembly of large inertia components for rail vehicles, a kind of muhi-DOF hydraulic lifting platform was designed which has functions of lateral movement, vertical movement and rotation. In the platform, hydraulic cylinder and thrust bearing were used to achieve move, rotation, lifting motion of multi-aspect work surface. The platform can move by itself, with muhi-DOF motion characteristics. By the platform, large inertia parts can be positioned precisely when assembling.
