摘要
针对河南某彩钼铅多金属矿矿石性质,采用优先浮选流程,综合回收了氧化钼、方铅矿和白铅矿。原矿钼品位0.20%、铅品位2.40%时,在磨矿粒度为-0.074 mm粒级占80%,闭路流程最终得到钼精矿产率2.15%、钼品位7.12%、钼回收率76.54%、铅品位60.04%、铅回收率53.12%,铅精矿产率1.01%、铅品位65.62%、铅回收率27.27%。其中钼的总回收率为78.81%,铅的总回收率为80.39%,选矿指标理想。
Ore characteristics of a wulfenite polymetallic ore in Henan, with a Mo grade of 0.20% and a Pb grade of 2.40%, were investigated, and a preferential flotation process was adopted, with which molybdena, galena and cerussite can be comprehensively recovered. When the grinding fineness was determined as 80% - 0. 074 mm, a molybdenum concentrate with a Mo yield, grade and recovery of 2.15%, 7.12% and 76.54%, and with a Pb grade and recovery of 60.04% and 53.12%, respectively, and a lead concentrate with a Pb yield, grade and recovery of 1.01%, 65.62% and 27.27% , respectively, can be reclaimed. The beneficiation index is ideal as the total recoveries of molybdenum and lead reached 78.81% and 80.39%, respectively.
