摘要
提出一种对六自由度振动参数进行测试的新方法,借鉴无陀螺捷联惯导的相关技术,基于加速度传感器按一定位置安装组成的阵列,以发生线振动、角振动耦合的复杂振动的机械系统为研究对象,进行三维线加速度与三维角速度参数测试,有效地解决了复杂振动环境下六自由度参数难于测试的问题。以一种九加速度传感器阵列方案模型为例,在推导原理算法的基础上,通过对该模型的计算机仿真,着重分析了角速度的测试结果,从而验证了本方法是准确可靠的。
Based on acceleration sensors array,a new method was put forward for 6-DOF test of vibration parameters using the technology of GFSINS for reference.The object for research was the mechanical system whose complex vibration consisted of linear vibration and angular vibration.This method has solved the problem that was difficult to measure 6-DOF parameters of complex vibration by testing the 3-dimension linear acceleration and angular velocity.On the foundation of deducing the algorithm,the feasibility and veracity of the method were verified by simulating a scheme of nine acceleration sensors array.
