摘要
目的评价回顾性心电门控管电流调节技术在冠状动脉成像中的临床应用价值.方法采用回顾性心电门控管电流调节技术,对58例患者进行了64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像并对图像质量及剂量进行评价、分析.结果所有图像达到诊断所需标准.结论 64层螺旋CT心电门控管电流调节冠脉成像,在降低射线剂量同时能够获得满足临床诊断需要的图像质量.
Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of ECG modulated mA in CT coronary artery imaging.Method 58 patients were given coronary artery CTA with ECG modulated mA,and the image quality and radiation dose were analyzed.Result All images reached the standard of diagnosis.Conclusion 64-MSCT in coronary artery imaging with ECG modulated mA can reduce the radiation dose,and in the same time acquire the images up to standard of diagnosis.
