摘要
目的调查研究教学质量监控现状,为采取有效措施和方法来提高教学质量提供依据.方法采用自行设计的问卷,随机抽取教师进行问卷调查.结果对全面质量管理内涵非常了解的仅占3.3%,教学质量监控的力度不够.结论加强对全面质量管理内涵的认识,加强教学质量监控的力度.
Objective To provide basis for taking effective measures and methods of improving teaching quality by investigating the status of teaching quality control.Method Randomly sampled teachers were surveyed by self-designed questionnaire.Results The teachers understanding the connotation of total quality management(TQM)accounted for only 3.3%,teaching quality control strength was not enough.Conclusion Understanding of total quality management connotation and teaching quality control efforts should be strengthened.
