摘要
从近期建设规划地位的提升以及天津滨海新区体制改革的背景出发,分析了天津市以往近期建设规划的不适应性,提出编制的思路;通过定性分析、横向对比和历史数据比较等方法,对近期城市空间发展重点不明确、重大项目进入后的影响、重点地区或节点间缺乏快速公共交通等问题进行深入分析,提出了解决方法,以应对天津快速发展的需求,更好地指导城市建设。
From the improving status of immediate construction planning and the institutional reform of Tianjin Binhai New Area, this paper studies the inadaptability of the previous Tianjin immediate construction plans and puts forward the idea of planning compilation. By means of qualitative analysis, horizontal comparison, and historical data comparison, the paper conducts indepth analysis and proposes solutions for such issues as the unclear focus of urban spatial development, the impact of major projects, the lack of rapid transit between key areas or nodes, so as to meet the needs of rapid development of Tianjin and better guide the urban construction.
