摘要
开发区再开发是我国开发区发展20多年后出现的新现象,是一个综合性的、多层面的概念,产业建筑的改造是其微观层面的表现。由于开发区在区位、功能上的特殊性,开发区产业建筑的改造与老工业建筑的改造在利用方向、改造程度和改造弹性上存在明显的差异。本文通过对漕河泾开发区产业建筑改造方式和典型案例的研究,提出了开发区产业建筑基于可持续改造再利用的规划、设计和建造策略。
Development zone redevelopment is a new phenomenon after two decades' development in China, which is a comprehensive and a multi- dimensional concept including industrial building reform at the micro level. Because of its special location and functional characteristics, industrial buildings reform in development zones is distinctively different from old industrial buildings in the use direction, reform level and flexibility. Based on a study on the method and typical examples of the reform of industrial buildings in Caohejing development zone, this paper proposes the planning, design and construction strategies for industrial buildings orienting at sustainable reusing.
