摘要
针对国内车辆的迅速增加,停车难的问题日益明显及停车场占地面积大,安全性差等问题,提出了解决这一问题的有效途径—现代化先进的立体车库。立体车库是一种以单层平面停车场为核心、多平面的空间停车车库,通过可编程控制器控制车位空间位置的变动,使车位能够实现平面到空间的转化,实现多重单层平面停车的功能。升降横移式立体车库利用托盘来移动车辆,实现多层车位的升降来存取车辆。该方法是基于可编程器(PLC)的车库系统,简述了多层立体停车库工作原理、结构特点,通过PLC软件设计及其优化,完成了立体车库的自动控制,并使用图灵开物组态软件实现了车库的动画监控。
As the rapidly increase of internal cars,the parking problem is becoming more and more obvious,and the appearance of the stereo garage will be a efficient way to solve this problem.The stereo garage,which takes the single-layer plane parking lot as the core,is the multi-dimensional space parking garage.It uses the programmable controller to realize multiple monolayer plane stopsby controlling the berth space position the change.Vertical-horizontal moving underground car parks,which realize multilayer berth fluctuation deposits and withdraws the vehicles by shifting the tray to move the cars.The article introduces a PLC-based stereo garege system and simply describe the principle and structure of it,and finished the auto-control of the garage through designing of the software of it.A visiable control has took out by using a configuration software named TuringControl.
