摘要
利用有限元分析软件仿真切削镍基高温合金GH4169的基础上,获得了模拟切削过程中切削力及切削温度的值,分析了切削速度和刀具前角对切削力和切削温度的影响,并将仿真结果进行了比较。
The simulative values of cutting force and cutting temperature are gained by the simulation of cutting the high-temperature alloy GH4169 with finite element method(FEM).The influence of the cutting speed and tool rake on cutting force and cutting temperature is analyzed and compared.
