摘要 脱壳穿甲弹发射时,脱落的卡瓣和弹体间的气动力效应将直接影响弹丸的飞行性能及威力。以脱壳超声速穿甲弹为原型,利用Fluent软件对弹丸脱壳过程进行了数值模拟,计算了此过程中弹丸和卡瓣的气动力参数,并对卡瓣与弹体成不同夹角时弹丸周围的流场进行了分析比较,可为相关研究提供重要数据。 Armor-piercing bullet of deshelling is an important member in the cannonball family,and it is famous for being quick in speed and good drilling in flying.The experiment showed that when the armor-piercing bullet of deshelling launched the aerodynamic force effect between deciduous bore and projectile body would directly affect the flying performance and destructive force,therefore it has very important significance to research the flow field when the bore being deciduous in the process of projectile flying.The paper took armor-piercing bullet of supersonic speed deshelling as the prototype,made the numerical simulation for projectile deshelling process by means of Fluent software,computed aerodynamic parameter of bore and projectile in the process,and analyzed and compared circumjacent flow field of the projectile when the angle between projectile body and bore was different.It can provide important reference data for the related research.
