摘要
结合舰船电子设备的具体情况,研究利用故障源分析(root cause analysis,RCA)技术对装备使用阶段故障数据进行处理的规范方法和其可靠性分析效果。
Combined with actual situation of electronic equipment of naval vessel,the paper explored the canonical method of processing fault data in use stage of the equipment by the technique of root cause analysis for fault,and discussed its effect of reliability analysis.
