摘要
分析了平煤股份四矿三水平副井己15专回通路煤层赋存条件,编制了石门揭煤方案,设计了高压水射流钻孔切缝实施工艺。现场试验表明,高压脉冲水射流切缝技术的钻孔数减少35.5%,石门揭煤时间缩短35%以上,实现了安全快速揭煤的预期目标。
Analyzed occurrence condition of coal seams of Ⅴ15 special return airway of auxiliary shaft in the third level of Pingdingshan No.4 Coal Mine,programs of uncovering coal in cross-cut and high-pressure pulse water jet cutting coal seam technology was drew up.The results of field tests show that,due to the usage of high-pressure pulse water jet cutting technology,the number of drill holes was reduced 35.5%,and the time of uncovering coal was reduced over 35%,which achieved the desired goal of safe and speedy coal uncovering.
