摘要
利用双悬臂梁式压电陶瓷驱动器作为主动件,与混频信号发生器、压电陶瓷功率放大器、激光位移传感器组合成电子凸轮系统.由信号发生器产生设定的包含多个特定频率分量的混频电压信号,经功率放大器放大后作用于压电陶瓷驱动器上,使其发生设定的谐综合特性的运动输出.试验结果表明,压电陶瓷驱动器的运动输出很好地实现了谐综合的特性.
A particular bi-cantilever piezoelectric ceramic actuator is used as an active piece. The actuator, a mixing frequencies signal generator, piezoelectric ceramic power amplifier and a laser displacement sensor are employed to have a specific kind of electronic cam. The mixing voltage signal, which containing several elements with certain frequencies, is produced by the signal generator. Then the signal is amplified by the power amplifier to stimulate the piezoelectric ceramic. The test proves the movement output with harmonic synthesis movement characteristic is produced.
