水化治疗预防冠状动脉介入术后造影剂肾病的现状及护理进展 被引量:5

摘要 造影剂肾病(contrast induced nephropathy,CIN)是使用碘化造影剂后常见的严重并发症。据国外数据统计,整体人群中造影剂肾病的发病率为1%~2%,而冠心病患者接受PCI术后CIN发生率为10%~20%,高危患者更是高达30%~40%。国内研究报道中,也得出相似结论。常文雄等研究显示,冠心病患者冠状动脉术后CIN发生率为10.83%,而朱志勇等对有肾功能不全的患者冠状动脉术后CIN发生率为23.08%。水化治疗是使用最早、目前被广泛接受的有效减少造影剂肾病发生率的方法。
