摘要
海洋平台以其功能强大,适用于多种水深和多种环境等优点,在世界范围内得到广泛应用,它已经成为未来海洋工程领域的一大发展趋势。首先介绍了半潜式平台、自升式平台、张力腿平台等典型海洋平台的功能结构特征及性能特点,并列举了设计、建造过程中涉及到的主要规范及标准。随后,对重点关注的海洋工程水动力分析相关技术进行了阐述,结合理论背景描述了常用软件的特点和功能范围。最后,对海洋平台的结构强度评估技术做了简要叙述。
Offshore platforms were used worldwide for a variety of functions in a variety of water depths and environments;they were representing the future tendency in the field of offshore engineering.Structural and fundamental characteristics of typical offshore structures,e.g.semi-submersible,jack-up and tension leg platform, were briefly described in this paper.Pertinent rules and requirements for designing and construction of offshore structures were listed.The commonly used hydrodynamics softwares with the theory backgrounds behind them are reviewed.At the end of this paper a short description of structural strength assessment of offshore structures was presented.
