摘要
针对弹底压力测试中压力传感器同时受到高加速度的影响,提出了一种压力传感器加速度效应的校准方法。该校准方法通过对压力传感器施加系列不同的压力并采用霍普金森杆产生对应的不同系列激励加速度脉冲,从而测得该压力传感器不同系列激励的加速度效应。通过ANSYS有限元仿真和校准实验对加速度效应的验证,从理论分析和实验数据都证实了压力传感器加速度效应校准的必要性。
For the pressure sensors affected by the high pressure and the high acceleration at the same time in the test of pressure on the bottom of the projectile,it proposes a kind of calibration method for pressure sensors when exists acceleration effect.The calibration method applies series of different pressures to pressure sensors,and in condition of each pressure applies series of different acceleration excitation pulses using Hopkinson Bar,which obtains acceleration effect that generated by different series of incentives.Analyzing and verifying this acceleration effect through ANSYS finite element simulation and measured data in order to verify the feasibility of the calibration method.
