摘要
空气气氛下采用γ射线辐照处理聚碳硅烷(Polycarbosilane,PCS)纤维,再于N2气氛下进行热处理。研究了辐照氧化及热处理过程中PCS纤维的质量、化学结构、凝胶含量的变化及热分解特性,分析了热处理对纤维不熔化的影响。研究表明:有氧辐照过程中,PCS纤维增重明显,到1.0MGy时增重可达16.6%。经热处理后,纤维质量减少,凝胶含量大幅度提升,仅辐照0.2MGy便可达99%,表明γ射线辐照氧化联合热处理可以实现低剂量下PCS纤维的不熔化处理。
Polycarbosilane(PCS) fibers were irradiated by γ-ray under an air atmosphere,and then the irradiated PCS fibers were thermally cured in a nitrogen atmosphere.The weight change,gel fraction,chemical structure and pyrolysis characteristics of PCS fibers were investigated in detail.The effects of thermal curing on the PCS fibers were analyzed.It was indicated that the weight of PCS fibers increased gradually with the increment of absorbed dose,up to 16.6 wt% at the dose of 1.0 MGy.After thermal curing,the weight of PCS fibers diminished.The gel fraction reached approximately 99% at the dose of 0.2 MGy.These results showed that highly infusible PCS fibers can be obtained by irradiation oxidation and thermal curing under a lower absorbed dose.
