摘要
在对发动机悬置橡胶元件受力分析的基础上,建立发动机橡胶悬置元件的有限元模型.通过非线性有限元分析,得到发动机橡胶悬置元件的应力云图,并确定裂纹发生的初始位置.然后,对橡胶悬置元件疲劳寿命的影响因素进行阐述,得到发动机橡胶悬置元件在不同载荷下的最大Green-Lagrange应变,并以其作为疲劳破坏参数,预测发动机橡胶悬置元件的疲劳寿命.
Based on the force analysis of the engine rubber mount component,a finite element model was established.Then,according to nonlinear finite element analysis,the engine mount rubber component of stress contour was obtained and the initial location of the crack occurred was determined.Meanwhile,it obtained maximum Green-Lagrange strain of engine mount rubber component in different loads based on the illustration of engine mount rubber component fatigue life influence factors.Then,it used maximum Green-Lagrange strain as fatigue damage parameter to forecast of the fatigue life of engine mount rubber component.
