薄层色谱法定性鉴别蓝类药材及其相关制剂

摘要 目的定性鉴别蓝类常见药材——菘蓝(大青叶、板蓝根)、马蓝(青黛)、蓼蓝(蓼大青叶)及其相关制剂——咳停合剂(含大青叶)、浓缩感冒合剂(含板蓝根)、咳喘平合剂(含蓼大青叶)、腮腺平口服液(含蓼大青叶、板蓝根)、热毒净口服液(含青黛)。方法采用薄层色谱法,以氨基酸类(精氨酸、缬氨酸、组氨酸、苏氨酸、谷氨酸)为对照品建立统一的薄层色谱体系进行样品的鉴别研究。结果薄层色谱鉴别专属性强,特征斑点清晰,阴性试验无干扰。结论本方法简便快捷、专属性强,可用以蓝类药材及其相关制剂的鉴别分析和质量控制。 Objective To identify the Lan herbs - - lsatis indigotica Fort. ( Isatidis Folium, Isatidis Radix), Polygonum tinctorium Air. ( Indigo Naturalis), Baphicacanthus cusia Bremek. ( Polygoni Tinctorii Folium) and related preparations - - Keting Heji (contains Isatidis Folium) , Nongsuo Ganmao Heji (contains Isatidis Radix), Kechuanping Heji (contains Polygoni Tinctorii Folium), Saixianping Koufuye (contains Polygoni Tinctorii Folium and Isatidis Radix), Redujing Koufuye (contains Indigo Naturalis) and to establish the quality control method of related preparations. Methods Thinlayer chromatography (TLC) was used to amino acid (Arginine CRS, Valine CRS, Histidine CRS, Threonine CRS, Glutamic acid CRS) as the reference to establish a unified system for identification of samples. Results The characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific without interference in the blank reference. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, specific and suitable for identification and quality control of Lan herbs and related preparations.
