摘要
采用活性硅氧烷作为VPI环氧树脂的稀释剂,研究了添加不同用量的硅氧烷稀释剂对树脂体系的粘度、储存稳定性、固化物力学性能及介电性能的影响。结果表明:随着硅氧烷稀释剂添加量的增大,体系的粘度显著降低,对储存稳定性影响很小,冲击强度明显提高,介质损耗呈上升趋势,在155℃下tanδ最大值不超过0.024。当硅氧烷稀释剂的添加量为16份时,浸渍树脂的综合性能达到最佳。
Using reactive siloxane as diluent,the effects of diluent content on the viscosity and storage stability of epoxy/anhydride resin,and on the mechanical properties and dielectric propertiesof the curing resin were studied.The results show that with the increase of siloxane diluent content,the viscosity of the resin decreases remarkably,the storage stability changes a little,the impact strength improves obviously and the dielectric loss increases,with the maximum of tanδ not larger than 0.024 at 155 ℃.When the reactive siloxane is 16 phr,the comprehensive properties attain optimum.
