摘要
采用氯胺-T水溶液处理天然橡胶,通过SEM、FI-IR分析处理后的橡胶表面的变化,研究不同处理时间、不同处理液浓度及处理溶液pH值对天然橡胶粘结性能的影响。结果表明:氯胺-T溶液处理可改善天然橡胶的表面形貌及化学性质,有利于粘结强度的提高。最佳处理液浓度为3%,最佳处理时间为15 min。
The natural rubber was treated with chloramine T aqueous solution,and then the rubber surface after treatment was analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR).The effects of different treatment time,different concentration and pH values of chloramine T aqueous solution on the adhesive properties of the natural rubber were studied.The results show that the surface morphology,chemical properties of the rubber surface treated with chloramine T aqueous solutions are improved,which is helpful for the increase of adhesive property.The optimum concentration of the chloramine T aqueous solution is 3% and the treatment time is 15min.
