摘要
本文首次报导了以丝光绿蝇蛹和丽蝇蛹集金小蜂为材料的有关蝇蛹冷藏处理对蛹寄生蜂寄生活动影响的研究结果。发现冷藏后接蜂的蛹出蜂率明显低于未冷藏蛹,并且冷藏后接蜂的蛹与先接蜂后冷藏的蛹相比,后者出蜂率较高。同时还发现无论是先冷藏后接蜂或是先接蜂后冷藏的蛹,随着冷藏时间的延长,出蜂率不断降低。推测蛹内水份丢失是影响小蜂发育和出蜂率的主要因素。
The study was conducted in Taiyuan during 1987.The pupae of Lucilia sericata as the host of Nasonia vitripennis were stored at 4℃ for 10 to 90 days before and after exposing to the wasp.The pupae were suitable as hosts for the pteromalid at 4℃ for 45 days,but the emergence of the parasite was low.The reduced emergence of the parasite may have been due to desiccation.
