硝基呋喃类代谢物残留量检测标准的比较 被引量:10

Study on nitrofuran metabolite residues and its comparative analysis of testing standards

摘要 对我国现有硝基呋喃类代谢物检测标准进行比较和分析,同时用不同检测标准对鳗鱼、虾、猪肉、牙鲆鱼、白鲫鱼等阳性样品的测定结果进行了统计比较分析。结果表明:各检测方法中,pH在7.0~7.5范围内对硝基呋喃类代谢物的乙酸乙酯萃取影响不大;用t-检验:双样本等方差假设比较两种方法的差异显著性表明,由于样品制备中洗涤和不洗涤的差异,采用不同标准的检测结果差异显著。 The determination standards of nitrofuran metabolites in China nowaday were compared and analyzed in the mean time, the determination results of positive samples of eel, shrimp, pork, paralichthys, orivaceus and white crucian were analyzed statistically and comparatively, It is shown that the pH value in the range of 7.0 - 7.5 extract solutions has little influence on the extraction efficiency of ethyl acetate and different testing standards of nitrofuran metabolites have extremely significant differences due to testing standards of sample preparation with or without washing steps by the results of double sample t-test.
