根据电工产品在涂装工艺中的烘干要求,结合实际的工程实例,介绍了低温干燥设计中的墙面结构、热风循环系统、排风系统和照明系统的设计要点.该工程设计具有设计思路新颖、施工期缩短、成本降低等特点,并在生产线投产之后取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益.
Considering the drying requirements of electrical products in painting process,the article,with a engineering case,introduces the key technologies of metope structure,hot air circulating system,exhaust system and lighting system in low-temperature design.The design has characteristics of innovative thinking,short construction period and low cost etc.,and has acquired good economical benefits and social benefits after production.
