甲烷/氮气变压吸附分离的实验与模拟 被引量:14

摘要 以活性炭为吸附剂,利用单塔做出V(CH4)/V(N2)=30/70的甲烷/氮气混合气中甲烷的穿透曲线,并且利用三塔VPSA工艺对混合气进行分离,可使产品气中φ(CH4)由30%提高至60%~62%。运用Aspen Adsim采用有限差分方法对单塔穿透与三塔VPSA分离进行了模拟。模拟发现:单塔模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合,三塔VPSA的实验结果与模拟结果也基本一致,为甲烷富集的工业装置建立提供基本设计参数。 The breakthrough curves of methane in the mixed gas of methane and nitrogen with a volume ratio of 30:70 on the single activated carbon bed were measured, and a three-bed VPSA process was used to separate the mixed gas, by which the volume fraction of methane could be enriched to 60%-62% from 30%. The Aspen Adsim software was used to simulate the methane breakthrough of the single bed and the methane concentration by the three-bed VPSA process by using the finite difference scheme. The results showed that the simulated results were in good agreement with the experimental results, which provided basic design parameters for the setup of industrial plants for methane enrichment.
