一维晶格模型的铁磁隧道结特性

The properties of the ferromagnet tunnel junction in one-dimensional lattice model

摘要 对一维晶格模型的铁磁/绝缘体/铁磁(FM/I/FM)隧道结中的平衡自旋流(ESC)进行了理论研究.利用非平衡格林函数,得到了ESC的严格表达式.分析得出,ESC起源于铁磁磁化的交换耦合,对电子器件的制造起着重要的指导作用. The equilibrium spin current(ESC) flowing through a ferromagnet / insulator barrier/ferromagnet(FM/I/FM) tunnel junction are studied theoretically in one-dimensional lattice model.Using the nonequilibrium Green function technique,an exact result of ESC is obtained.Analysis obtained,ESC originate in magnetized ferromagnetic exchange coupling,which is important in guiding the manufacture of eletronic devices.
