摘要
目的观察对乳腺癌患者进行健康教育对其疾病相关知识水平的影响,以期为乳腺癌患者设计有针对性的健康教育。方法选取来我院进行治疗的乳腺癌患者75例随机分为两组,两组患者均采取常规护理方法,观察组在此基础上对患者进行健康教育;疾病相关知识水平的调查采用自行设计的问卷进行,对两组的调查结果进行比较。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者的围手术期、化疗期、放疗期、康复期及总体的相关知识水平均明显较高,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论对于乳腺癌患者进行健康教育能够使患者的疾病相关知识水平得到显著的提高,同时患者的不良情绪得到缓解,使对手术放化疗的适应能力得到提升,使患者的生存质量得到显著提高。
Objective To observe the influence of health education to the patents with breast cancer of knowledge level about this disease and design of targeted breast cancer health education. Methods Seventy-five patients with breast cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. Both of two groups were taking conventional methods of care; Observation group was given health education on the base of control group; Disease-related knowledge was surveyed with the self-designed survey questionnaire, and the results of two groups were compared. Results Compared with control group, perioperative, chemotherapy, radiotherapy period, rehabilitation and general knowledge in the observation group were significantly higher, and there were significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Health education could improve the disease-related knowledge level of patients with breast cancer, ease the negative psychological of patients, the surgical chemotherapy ability to adapt to be enhanced and improve the patient＇s quality of life.
