产淀粉酶菌株的分离、鉴定及提高产酶能力的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了从自然界获得产淀粉酶活力较高的菌株,从不同地区土壤、面酱醅、发霉玉米上的样品中筛选出1株产淀粉酶活力较强的菌株BSJD10,在结合菌落菌株形态、生理生化指标、16S rDNA序列分析对其种群形态和个体形态进行观察和鉴定,通过紫外和硫酸二乙酯的复合诱变提高诱变株的产酶能力。得出结果,确定分离菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。并以此为出发菌株,通过复合诱变获得的诱变株其产酶能力为2.03 U/mL,比原菌株提高1.31倍。
