摘要
RNA干扰是通过外源或内源的双链RNA在细胞内诱导同源序列的基因表达沉默的现象。目前RNA干扰技术不但被广泛地应用于各种基因的功能研究,而且在农作物抗逆品种的选育方面起重要的作用。RNA干扰技术的关键是构建能在受体中稳定表达的干扰载体。阐述了近几年发展起来的3种简单、快捷、稳定的构建RNA干扰载体的方法。
RNA interference is the phenomenon of homologous sequence gene expression silencing induced by the exogenous or endogenous double-RNA in cells. RNA interference technique is not only widely applied in the research of gene function, but also plays an important role in the breeding of resistant crops at present. The key technique of RNA interference is to construct stable expression of interference vector in the receptor. This paper described some simple, fast and reliable methods for eonstructing RNA interference vector in recent years.
