摘要
在不同光照不同温度(15、20、25、30℃)条件下和有光20℃培养条件下,研究了不同浓度(0.05、0.10、0.20、0.30 mg/L)的植物生长调节剂6-BA、GA3和NAA对绞股蓝种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明:在光照下20℃恒温培养的绞股蓝种子,其萌发率最高,达56.00%,幼苗生长状况良好;在此条件下,0.05 mg/L的GA3处理能够显著地提高绞股蓝种子的发芽势、发芽率、下胚轴长和根长。
The effects of different concentrations (0.05, 0.10, 0.20 and 0.30 rag/L) of plant growth regulators (6-BA, GA3 and NAA) on seed germination properties of Gynostemma pentaphyllum were studied under the cultivation conditions that different temperatures (15℃, 20℃, 25~C and 30℃) with or without light. The results showed that the highest germination rate (56.00%) and great seedling growth conditions of Gynostemma pentaphyllum were found under the conditions of constant temperature cultivation at 20℃ with light. Under these cultivation conditions, the treatment with 0.05 mg/L of GA3 can significantly increase the germination vigor and rate, and the length of hypocotyls and roots of Gynostemma pentaphyllum seed.
