摘要
分别以争议小牛和嫌疑母牛的基因组总DNA为模板,运用STR复合扩增技术对TGLA227、BM2113、TGLA53、ETH10、SPS115、TGLA126、TGLA122、INRA23、ETH3、ETH225、BM1824共11个STR(短串联重复序列)基因座进行扩增,扩增产物经遗传分析仪检测,检测结果通过GeneMapper片段分析软件分析,排除了嫌疑母牛与争议小牛间具有亲子关系的可能性。
Taking the genomic DNA of disputable calf and suspicion cow as template respectively,the amplifications of eleven STR(short tandem repeat) loci(TGLA227,BM2113,TGLA53,ETH10,SPS115,TGLA126,TGLA122,INRA23,ETH3,ETH225 and BM1824) were carried out by using the multiplex amplification technique of STR,and the PCR products were further separated and analyzed in a genetic analyzer,then the detection results were analyzed by GeneMapper fragment analysis software.The result was that the probability of parentage between the disputable calf and suspicion cow was ruled out.
